Valenna Reeder, 80 years of Hillsboro, formerly of Goshen, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on July 12, 1930 the daughter of the late Nathan and Pauline Davis Clay.
Valenna attended the Newtonsville Baptist Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Reeder, who passed away on July 8, 2000.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Melissa and Fred Shelton of Hillsboro, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with John Middleton officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
