Tammy Jo Moore

Tammy Jo Moore, born on September 16, 1969, in Ohio, passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 56. A beloved resident of Hillsboro, Ohio, Tammy lived her life with unwavering warmth and kindness, making a profound impact on those fortunate enough to know her. She is preceded by her mother, Brenda (Adams) Wright.

Tammy was the cherished wife of Wesley R. "Wes" Moore, Sr. a loving daughter of John Wright, mother to Tiffany (Paul) Burns and Wesley R. Moore, Jr., grandmother to Kaylee, Brentley and Opie, and sister to John, Eligie, Joe and Patricia Wright. Her family was her greatest joy, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will continue to resonate with all who loved her.

Tammy Jo Moore will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered. Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of her family and friends.
