Nicholas "Nick" Allen Justice, aged 45, passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2026, due to an accident.
Born on November 22, 1980, in Hillsboro, Ohio, Nick was a beloved husband, son, father, brother, soon to be grandfather and a friend who made a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

His love for nature was matched only by his passion for music, which provided a rich backdrop to his life and moments spent with family and friends.
He dedicated his career as a concrete finisher with Jostion Construction, where his work ethic and talent earned him the respect of his colleagues and the community. Nick was proudly devoted to his family and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
He is survived by his wife Miranda Justice; his three children, Amberly Justice (Bradley Mahan), Clayton Justice, Austin Justice (Reagan Bright); grandson on the way; his mother Julia Justice; as well as his brothers, Chris Justice and Mike Justice; and his Nieces and Nephews. The loss felt by his family and friends is
profound, yet they find solace in the countless stories and shared moments that will forever live on in
their hearts."
