Linda Foster

Linda Lou Foster, born May 21, 1949 in East Monroe, OH. She is the daughter of the late Burnice A. and Lily M. (Shoemaker) Frye. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her brother, John A. Frye.

Linda attended Fairfield High School, received her GED from SSCC and went to take classes toward her LPN degree. She worked in healthcare and was a manager of the Hallmark Store on West Main in Hillsboro. She also worked retail in Super X in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Linda enjoyed music and played the guitar. She spent her time making arts and crafting for her friends and neighbors.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Lora Jean (Steve) Morgan, sons, Jerry (Ann) Edwards, Jr. and Timothy (Melissa) Frye, 8 beautiful grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, brother, David (Lori) Frye and sister, Carol Davidson.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM Friday June 27, 2025 at the Hightop Cemetery in Samantha, Ohio.
