James E. Bowen, a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and cherished friend, passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on January 16, 1954, in Springfield, Ohio, the son of the late James C. and Ruby (Huddleston) Bowen. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Chris and Curtis "Pete" Bowen; sister, Debra Moore. James lived a life filled with passion, compassion, and a heart dedicated to those around him. He was a resident of Xenia, Ohio, where he touched the lives of many through his work and personal endeavors.

James proudly worked in the manufacturing industry with Seal Tite, where his dedication was evident to all who knew him. A loyal member of the Hillsboro F.O.E. Aerie #1161 and an Eagle Rider's for Hillsboro F.O.E. that supported Camp ITAWA. He built lasting friendships and shared countless adventures, especially on his beloved motorcycle. James had a love for music and was known to bring joy to gatherings with his good singing voice, always ready to entertain and uplift those around him.

More than his professional accomplishments, James will be remembered for his compassion and kindness toward others. He had an innate ability to connect with people, offering support and understanding whenever it was needed. His legacy is one of love and empathy, shining a light in the lives of family and friends.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Jade Faul, who will forever hold him in her heart. James is also lovingly remembered by his sons, Jeremy Bowen and Christoper Bowen, daughter, Cassie Music, grandchildren, Alex and Shane, two great grandchildren, Izzy and Atticus; brothers, Arbie Bowen and Jaeson Bowen, sister, Dawn Jones and Mona Bowen, special friends, Rick Edison, Doug England and Bill Faul, his cats, MoJo, Molly and Monkey and a host of friends.

On behalf of Jame's wishes, he is to be cremated.
