Evelyn "Tootsie" L. Thackston, of the Sugartree Ridge Community, left us peacefully on August 5, 2026, at the age of 82. Tootsie was born on July 27, 1944, in Sugartree Ridge, she was the daughter of the the late Anderson W. and Ella H. (Walker) Thackston
