He was born at Maysville, KY on June 25, 1949 the son of the late James E. Manning and Carrie Fryman Manning of Hillsboro. Beside his father, he was preceded in death by one brother James Manning.
He is survived by his wife Sheila Fillmore Manning, two daughters Jessica Lee Manning and Tracy
Ann Manning both of Hillsboro, one brother Ricky Manning of Hillsboro, one sister Jewell Manning of Hillsboro.
Services will be held at theConvenience of the Family.
