Edgar Hatfield, 75 years of Winchester, died Sunday, November 26, 2006 at the East Baptist Hospital in LaGrange, Kentucky.
He was born in Mayking, Kentucky on December 29, 1930 the son of the late Sam and Susan Newsome Hatfield.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Kimberly Hatfield of Cincinnati, Michael Hatfield of Washington Court House, Marky Hatfield of Taylor Mill, Kentucky, Jonathan Hatfield of Gainesville, Florida, Eddy Hatfield of Florida, Christopher Hatfield of Batavia, daughters and sons-in-law, Rita Hatfield of Ludlow, Kentucky, Deborah and Cecil Odor of Newport, Kentucky, Rebecca and Steve Noll of Petersburg, Kentucky, Peggy Hatfield, brother, Walt Hatfield of Hindman, Kentucky, sister, Mary Seals of Florence, Kentucky, twenty-one grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family at the family farm near Macon. Burial will follow on the family farm.
Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester is in charge of arrangements.
