It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna Chaney-Streber, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who departed this life on July 31, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on April 8, 1946, in Wilmington, Ohio, Donna lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She is preceded by her parents, Floyd and Nellie (Shelton) Chaney and her sons, Jeffrey and Terry Williamson.
A talented hairdresser, Donna brought beauty into the lives of those around her, transforming a simple haircut into an uplifting experience. Her warm spirit and compassionate nature endeared her to many in the Sinking Spring community and beyond.
Donna was a dedicated member of the Pentecostal faith, finding strength and solace in her beliefs. She cherished her family above all, forming unbreakable bonds with her loved ones throughout her life. She shared countless joy-filled road trips with her husband, John Streber, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Donna leaves behind her beloved husband, John, sons Tim (Sandra) Williamson , Joe Williamson and John Williamson, Jr., several grandchildren, great grandchildren and best friends, Betty Carter and Becky Hall who will carry her memory in their hearts. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her.
Graveside Services will be 6:30 PM on Friday August 7, 2026 at the New Vienna Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home on Friday.
