Donna Foley, 90 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday July 24, 2023.
She was born in Bellville, WV on December 28, 1932, the daughter of the late Chester and Monna (Lowers) Toomey. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her husband, Hansford "Gene" Foley on July 6, 2000, three sisters and one brother.
Donna is survived by her son, Jeffrey Foley of Hillsboro, two grandchildren, Laura Bickford and Peter Foley, five great grandchildren, Katie, Lucy, Annie, Jennie and Winslow, sister, Virginia Miller of Vienna, WV and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Graveside Services will be 2:30 PM on Thursday July 27, 2023 at the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Hillsboro, OH .
