Chester Lee Robinson, 87 years of Winchester, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Mercy Hospital Clermont.
He was born in Winchester, Ohio on April 11, 1926 the son of the late Willis and Dorothy Kendall Robinson.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one niece, Patricia Ann Wilson.
Chester was a US Army Veteran of World War II and a member of the Winchester American Legion Post #242.
He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Eileen and Raymond Cox of Batavia; two nieces, Sharon Basile of Houston, Texas and Diane Bailey of London, Kentucky; and several great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester with Rev. Raymond Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Winchester Cemetery with military graveside services given by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester.
Memorials may be made to Winchester American Legion.
