James "Jim" K. Taylor, 71 years, of the Mowrystown Community, passed away on Saturday January 15, 2022.
He was born in Monticello, KY on November 23, 1950, the son of Denver Taylor and the late Vela (Ball) Taylor. Besides his mother, he is also preceded by his sister, Janet Arlene Taylor.
Jim served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a 1969 graduate from Deer Park High School.
Besides his father, Jim is survived by his brothers, Kenneth Taylor of Sardinia and Larry (Becky) Taylor of Hillsboro, sister, Sandy (Marty) Behm of Belfast and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday January 22, 2022 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Military Rites will be conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call from 10:00 AM until time of services on Saturday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
