I was so saddened to hear of Dr. Reno’s passing. She taught my 39-year old son in kindergarten, and I will always remember her as a vibrant, dedicated teacher. I had the opportunity to talk often with Mel when she was a resident at Brookdale when my I had to move my mother there. She was a beautiful lady. May she rest in peace.

Bobby and Curt and Family of Mel Reno:
We are truly sadden by the loss of Melba. She (and Bob) were more than just good friends. They were life long companions: we visited often, we enjoyed vacations together, we never missed a year exchanging Christmas cards and often would simply call each other to catch up. We have missed Bob and will now miss Melba. Their absence will hurt, however our hearts will always be filled with joy for having known Melba and Bob all these years.
